Sept. 16, 2010 ~ We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is so nice to stay right on the bike trail. We enjoy your lovely home and accommodations. Great time with great friends. ~ The Sassy Classy Bikers Aug. 12-15, 2010 ~ A perfect family getaway! We had a fantastic time celebrating Dad's birthday. Played family games during the beautiful thunderstorms. Played spy games in the enormous yard. Made s'mores in the fire pit. And , of course, we biked! Our family of 16 brought two campers and filled the house up with 6 small children, 4 siblings and their families, as well as Grandma and Grandpa. It was nice going bike riding, canoeing, hanging around the campfire, telling jokes, playing games, picking raspberries and just enjoying our annual family reunion weekend. Thanks so much for sharing such a charming home and setting! ~Joe & Bobbie of July 2-5, 2009 ~What a wonderful way to spend our 4th of July weekend. Dolly's was just delightful. A very relaxing stay. Never even turned on the TV, a huge feat for our 3-year-old! She was so busy exploring outside and also loved the little toy room in her bedroom. We had a lot of fun making s'mores around the campfire and trying to identify all the different nature sounds. The tree frogs were the most entertaining (and the loudest!). Thanks for making such a comfortable home-away-from-home. My favorite place was the front porch, sitting and imagining what it must have been like when Dolly first lived here, before the railroad was built. The weather was perfect, the hunting great and Dolly's provided us with a great facilities that were close to our hunting units.
