RATES

Our rate is $155.00 per night for up to 4 people (children 5 and younger stay for free). The rate for additional guests (over age 5) is $15.00/person per night.

A minimum 2-night stay is required from May through October. We offer a 5% discount if you stay with us 3 or more nights.

A $50.00 cleaning deposit is required at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded post departure if the house is left in a clean condition.

No single room rentals are available. You must rent the entire house.
