RESERVATIONS
We recently added Dolly's Pedalers Rest to the Vacation Rentals by Owner (VRBO) website. So now you can check 24/7 to see when our vacation home is available.
And, of course, you can still contact us directly at (608) 462-4211 or at reservations@pedalersrest.com.
To confirm your reservation, a desposit of one night's lodging rate is required. A personal check or money order can be sent to our mailing address: Dolly's Pedalers Rest, 201 Academy Street, Elroy, WI 53929. Sorry, but at this time we are unable to accept credit cards.
The balance of the rental fee is due upon arrival. A cleaning deposit fee of $50.00 is also required when you check in. The cleaning deposit will be refunded if the house is left in clean condition upon your departure.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your stay with us, deposits will be refunded ~ minus a $20.00 processing fee ~ if the cancellation is made 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made after the 21-day deadline, unless we are able to re-rent the house. If we are able to re-rent the house, the deposit will be refunded (minus the $20.00 processing fee). NOTE: There will be an honest attempt made to re-rent the house.
