 ELROY FAIRELROY - Held annually during late June, the Elroy Fair is a hometown country fair at it's best. Held in Schultz Park in Elroy, admission and parking is free. Our theme this year is A Hayday at the Fair! |  CRANBERRY BLOSSOM DAYWARRENS - Did you know that cranberries were originally called "crane berries"? The plant's small pink blossoms reminded early settlers of the head of a crane, so they called the fruits "crane berries". Over time, the name became "cranberries". The Wetherby Cranberry Company and Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center host Cranberry Blossom day on the last Saturday of June. Free tours of the Wetherby marsh are offered from 9 a.m. to noon. Other activities go on at the Cranberry Discovery Center. |  COUNTY DAIRY BREAKFASTThis annual breakfast is held on farms around Monroe County the first Saturday in June, which is Dairy Month. A delicious breakfast and tour the host farm. Great family fun! |

 CRANBERRY FESTIVALWARRENS - Each year the village of Warrens (popuation 360) explodes with more than 100,000 people during the 3-day Warrens Cranberry Festival. Held the last full weekned of September, Cranfest boasts over 850 arts and crafts booths, 350 flea market booths and 100 farm market vendors. If you get hungry during all that shopping, head over to one of the 100 food vendors for some tasty treats, including cranberry cream puffs, cranberry ice cream and even deep fried cranberries-on-a-stick. |  CRANBERRY HARVEST DAYWARRENS - Wisconsin leads the nation in cranberry production and the greatest concentration of the state's cranberry growers are in the Tomah/Warrens/Wisconsin Rapids area. The first Saturday of October, the Wetherby Cranberry Company and the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center in Warrens host Cranberry Harvest Day, offering visitors a chance to see the state's No. 1 fruit crop being harvested.
